On a former camping site in Boxtel’s Dommeldal, a special residential area is being developed. The design takes care of as much contact with the Dommeldal as possible, especially visible in the choices made in water management and the green zone.

“The central public space is a green oasis”

One can park on the own yard or on the central parking space, at the entrance of the residential area. This makes the public space, located centrally in the residential area, a green oasis. Here, it’s nice to live and play. Together with DSA, HOUTMAN+SANDER specified the concept and made a definitive design for the public space.
